Itinerary: -

Day 1 | Singapore

Upon arrival in Singapore, make your way to the Marina Bay Cruise Centre to embark on your 3-night Kuala Lumpur – Penang Cruise. The cruise sets sail from the port at 20:00 Hrs (Singapore Local Time). We recommend arriving at the cruise terminal at least 4 hours prior to departure to ensure smooth completion of all cruise formalities.

Day 2 | Port Klang

Enjoy breakfast and take part in onboard activities during the morning. Arrive at the Port Klang Cruise Port, where you have the option to relax at your leisure or participate in an optional shore excursion. The cruise departs in the afternoon from Port Klang and heads to its next port of call, Penang.

Day 3 | Penang

After breakfast and onboard activities, arrive early at Penang. Spend the day at your own pace, relaxing or exploring with optional shore excursions. In the afternoon, the cruise sets sail from Penang for its return voyage to Singapore.

Day 4 | Singapore

Arrive back in Singapore and make your way (independently) to Singapore Changi Airport based on your flight schedule. We trust you had a delightful time in Singapore and look forward to welcoming you on your next adventure.

Terms & Conditions

Cost Adjustments: Following the finalization of the Tour/Service cost, any increase in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged as an additional expense.
Itinerary Changes: All itineraries provided are sample schedules and are subject to alterations due to factors such as weather, road conditions, and participant physical ability. Miles Expedition reserves the right to modify any schedule to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of trip participants.
Insurance and Liability: Miles Expedition does not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, or loss. Travelers are strongly advised to secure appropriate insurance coverage. Baggage and personal property are at the client’s risk at all times.
Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances: Miles Expedition is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from acts of God, accidents, breakdowns, political disturbances, or other events beyond our control.
Agency Representation: Miles Expedition acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and other service providers. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of these service providers.
Payment and Cancellation: Full payment of the trip cost is required before the trip commences. Failure to make timely payments may result in trip cancellation. The transfer of bookings is not permitted.
Passport and Entry Requirements: Travelers must ensure their passports are valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the intended travel date for international trips. Miles Expedition is not responsible for clients with passports that do not meet this requirement.
Refunds and Non-Availed Inclusions: No refunds will be issued for any inclusions not utilized by the client during the trip.
Luggage and Belongings: Travelers are responsible for their luggage and belongings. The management is not liable for any damage or missing items during the tour.
Safety and Conduct: Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the tour. Travelers must adhere to a code of conduct, and Miles Expedition reserves the right to take appropriate action against misconduct.
Delays and Alterations: Miles Expedition is not responsible for delays or alterations in the program due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients are advised to take out adequate travel insurance.
Waiver of Responsibility: Participants may be required to sign a ‘Waiver of Responsibility’ form acknowledging the inherent risks associated with adventure travel.
Hotel Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm, and check-out is 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is at the discretion of the hotel.
Booking Conditions: The itinerary is tentative and not fixed and can be modified according to the situation. Transportation is provided as per the itinerary only. No refund will be processed for complimentary activities.
Additional Charges and Exclusions: Entrance fees, parking, guide charges, and other personal expenses are not included in the package price.
Documentation and Age Verification: Clients must possess valid passports, visas, and necessary documentation. Booking prices are based on passenger age, and incorrect details may incur penalties.
Cancellation Policy: For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, refer to our cancellation policy.
Weather and Road Conditions: In case of road closures due to weather conditions, alternate transportation may be arranged at an additional cost.
Hotel Amenities: Clients are advised to check hotel amenities before booking.
General: The Company reserves the right to refuse any person on the tour and has limitations of liability outlined in case of unforeseen events. Clients are urged to exercise caution and judgment for their safety.
Exclusion of Special Charges: The package price does not encompass expenses related to special dinners or mandatory charges imposed by hotels, especially during occasions such as New Year, Christmas, or other special events. While Miles Expedition endeavours to convey such information at the time of booking, it may not always have immediate access to this information.
Security Deposit at Hotels: Certain hotels may request a refundable security deposit during check-in, in accordance with the hotel’s policies. This deposit is subject to refund upon check-out as per the hotel’s guidelines.
Client Responsibility for Check-in and Flight Times: Clients are responsible for timely check-ins for flights and presenting themselves for all pre-booked components of their holiday. The Company cannot be held accountable for clients missing flights due to late check-ins. No credit or refunds will be issued for unclaimed holiday components, and the Company is not liable for lost, mislaid, or destroyed travel documents.
Air Conditioning Policy: In hilly regions, the air conditioning will be deactivated. Additionally, during the trip, the activation or deactivation of the air conditioning will be at the discretion of the driver, considering the safety and comfort of travellers on uneven and hazardous routes.
Alternate Accommodation Arrangements: In the event of unavailability in listed hotels, arrangements for alternative accommodations will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
Excluded Expenses: The booking price excludes personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini-bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, and any other expenses of a personal nature.
Visa Rejections: Miles Expedition Private Limited and its affiliate partners bear no liability for visa rejections, as visa determinations rest solely with the respective Embassy/Immigration/Consulate.
