Day 1: Welcome

Arrive at Moscow airport and meet your English-speaking guide for transfer to the hotel, offering your first glimpse of the city. Check-in at the hotel, allowing time to unwind and freshen up. Standard check-in time at 15:00hrs. Enjoy leisure time to explore the surroundings. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Moscow City Tour

Start the day with a buffet breakfast at the hotel. Explore the iconic Kremlin Territory, including 01 Cathedral and other landmarks like Tsar Bell, Tsar Cannon, and the Bell Tower. Discover Red Square, State Universal Store (GUM), Lenin’s Mausoleum, and St. Basil's Cathedral (external views). Visit Zaryadye Park and experience the breathtaking "floating bridge" offering panoramic views of the Kremlin and Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Embark on a Metro tour to admire the stunning architecture of Moscow's subway system. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Moscow to St. Petersburg

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Explore Moscow further with a city tour, visiting Sparrow Hills, Moscow State University, New Maiden Convent, and the WW2 Memorial. Transfer to the railway station for a high-speed SAPSAN train journey to St. Petersburg. Upon arrival, meet your guide and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Day 4: St. Petersburg Sightseeing

Payment and Cancellation: Full payment of the trip cost is required before the trip commences. Failure to make timely payments may result in trip cancellation. The transfer of bookings is not permitted.
Passport and Entry Requirements: Travelers must ensure their passports are valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the intended travel date for international trips. Miles Expedition is not responsible for clients with passports that do not meet this requirement.
Refunds and Non-Availed Inclusions: No refunds will be issued for any inclusions not utilized by the client during the trip.
Luggage and Belongings: Travelers are responsible for their luggage and belongings. The management is not liable for any damage or missing items during the tour.
Safety and Conduct: Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the tour. Travelers must adhere to a code of conduct, and Miles Expedition reserves the right to take appropriate action against misconduct.
Delays and Alterations: Miles Expedition is not responsible for delays or alterations in the program due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients are advised to take out adequate travel insurance.
Waiver of Responsibility: Participants may be required to sign a ‘Waiver of Responsibility’ form acknowledging the inherent risks associated with adventure travel.
Hotel Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm, and check-out is 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is at the discretion of the hotel.
Booking Conditions: The itinerary is tentative and not fixed and can be modified according to the situation. Transportation is provided as per the itinerary only. No refund will be processed for complimentary activities.

While Miles Expedition endeavours to convey such information at the time of booking, it may not always have immediate access to this information.
Security Deposit at Hotels: Certain hotels may request a refundable security deposit during check-in, in accordance with the hotel’s policies. This deposit is subject to refund upon check-out as per the hotel’s guidelines.
Client Responsibility for Check-in and Flight Times: Clients are responsible for timely check-ins for flights and presenting themselves for all pre-booked components of their holiday. The Company cannot be held accountable for clients missing flights due to late check-ins. No credit or refunds will be issued for unclaimed holiday components, and the Company is not liable for lost, mislaid, or destroyed travel documents.
Air Conditioning Policy: In hilly regions, the air conditioning will be deactivated. Additionally, during the trip, the activation or deactivation of the air conditioning will be at the discretion of the driver, considering the safety and comfort of travellers on uneven and hazardous routes.
Alternate Accommodation Arrangements: In the event of unavailability in listed hotels, arrangements for alternative accommodations will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
Excluded Expenses: The booking price excludes personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini-bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, and any other expenses of a personal nature.
